More Phase II - Building

 Greg re-framed the back wall of the bathroom, the entry

to the basement, and the kitchen entry

 Greg removed the sub-floor in the bathroom &

making adjustments for the new one

Phase II - Building

 No more jacks needed in the basement with these 
heavy duty columns built at bottom of stairway.

 Posts & header built directly above posts 

in the basement for more support.

 The mastermind behind it all!

Beams in the attic to support the truss are in place.  

One is 15ft the other 11ft (both are paired 2 x 12's)

& Greg got them in the attic by himself.

but supported by jack until beams are completely secured.

 Found the old entrance to the basement - from before addition was added in the 70's.

 We have our own salvage yard
